Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your final gallery. This turnaround time ensures that each image is carefully edited to perfection and that I can give every session the attention it deserves. I work through multiple galleries in the order they're shot, but rest assured your gallery will be delivered as soon as it's ready, so keep an eye on your inbox!

You'll receive a styling guide to help you prepare, and you'll have full communication with me leading up to your shoot. Whether you have specific poses in mind, a concept you’d love to bring to life, or need help choosing the perfect location, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Once you’ve submitted it, I’ll be in touch with everything you need: your contract, a quick questionnaire to get to know your vision, and your invoice. How far in advance do i need to book my date?

I recommend securing your spot at least 2 weeks in advance. I often receive multiple inquiries each day, and this helps ensure we can find the perfect time for your session. If you're booking during a sale, I highly encourage you to book as soon as possible. Spots at discounted prices are very limited, and availability is first come, first serve—once your questionnaire, contract, and invoice are complete, your spot is officially reserved!

what is your cancellation & rescheduling policy?

To secure your session, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. If you need to cancel, you can receive a refund for the remaining 50% of your deposit, as long as the cancellation is made more than 4 days before the session. Cancellations within 3 days of the session do not result in a refund.
If you need to reschedule, you may do so without a fee if the change is due to weather, as that’s beyond anyone’s control. However, reschedules for other reasons will incur a $50 fee due to time slots being taken from other clients.
how long is the average turnaround for a gallery?

My standard turnaround time for both mini and full sessions is approximately four weeks. However, if you're in a rush, you can opt for express delivery! For an additional $150, your gallery will be delivered within 3 days of your session, with priority over others in the queue. This fee must be paid when booking to ensure your photos are ready on time.
What if i am running late to the session?

Your session is scheduled to begin at the agreed upon time. If you arrive late, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time. For example, arriving 5 minutes late will result in a 5-minute shorter session. This policy is in place to ensure punctuality and fairness for all clients, including those scheduled after your session.
